Meet James Robson
Enjoy tales of life at sea with the cook aboard the famous Cutty Sark in this family-friendly storytelling adventure.
Meet 19th-century British-Chinese sailor James Robson and learn about his experiences as the longest-serving crew member on the iconic Cutty Sark. Found floating in the South China Sea as a baby, James was adopted and raised by a British captain and his wife in London’s East End.
This session is run with the kind permission of the National Maritime Museum, where you can meet James Robson and other characters throughout the year.
Entry to the activity will be on a first come, first served basis.
