The London, Sugar & Slavery gallery has been a permanent feature at London Museum Docklands for over 16 years. When it first opened, it was one of only two permanent galleries on the subject. Join us to confront this history head on and discover why it's significant our museum building as well as wider London.
This talk will give you foundational insights and additional context to help you explore the gallery on your own. You'll also learn how we're planning to evolve the gallery in the future.
London Museum Docklands is open every day 10am – 5pm.
