Enjoy mesmerising dragon dances performed by Tainan University of Technology. 

Welcome the new year with a traditional dragon dance, which symbolises chasing away the worries of the previous year, while welcoming happiness and blessings into the new. Then experience a joyful dance that highlights the joy of family.

These sessions are likely to be very busy. The queue will open 15 minutes before the performance begins. For safety reasons, we'll close the queue when we reach capacity.

Run in partnership with the Dance Department, Tainan University of Technology and Step Out Arts.

Need to know

Drop-in workshops will be first come, first served. At busy times, we may need to direct visitors to quieter activities on our programme of events.

Although these sessions are not ticketed, visitors will need to ensure that they have booked general admission tickets for our Lunar New Year event in order to take part.

The museum is open every day 10am – 5pm.
