Audiences
The team can provide direct support, training and skills sharing for museums on marketing, learning, children and young people and community engagement.
If you'd like to discuss your needs with a virtual meeting, by email, phone call or a site visit, please contact Rachel Crofts on [email protected].
Support from other organisations
There are also lots of relevant programmes provided by others that can help, for instance Group for Education in Museums (GEM), Kids in Museums, Engage and The Audience Agency.
If you would like to talk about your organisation's specific digital needs or projects, try contacting the Digital Culture Network.
Learning Practitioner Networks
There are lots of learning and engagement practitioner network groups, which support the work of staff in specific areas of engagement.
This includes an early years, secondary, young people programmes manager, access and special educational needs (SEND) network.
Details of these networks and who to contact to join can be found on our museum networks page.
Training programmes
We provide a number of funded places for practical workshops and training courses related to audiences, marketing, learning and community engagement. See our training programmes page to find one suitable for you.
