River rhythms
Sing, dance and play on this sensory journey through the history of the Docklands.
Go on a sensory journey through the Docklands in this interactive, musical session.
Learn how this part of London has changed over 200 years from a bustling port to gleaming skyscrapers - while singing sea shanties, moving to classic nursery rhymes, smelling spices and playing instruments. Finish the session by creating your own song and accompanying movements, which will be recorded and sent back for your class to enjoy.
As a part of your timetabled visit, you will be able to visit Mudlarks, our interactive children’s gallery featuring soft play, small world play and water play.
This session is also suitable for SEND groups – please discuss your group's needs on booking.
