Schools booking cancellation policy

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing, so be sure to email us at [email protected] as well as calling our Box Office on 020 7001 9844.

Please let us know as soon as you can, as it gives us the chance to offer those sessions to other schools.

Our sessions are usually free to book, but cost us money to run, so cancellations incur a charge. We calculate these based on how much it costs us to run the sessions.

If you cancel with over eight weeks' notice: £30
If you cancel with four-eight weeks' notice: £50
If you cancel with less than four weeks' notice: £150
If your school fails to arrive on the booked date: £200

If you cancel with less than four weeks' notice: £200

Although schools can book self-led visits to our Mudlarks gallery for free, from September 2024 we will need to charge a cancellation fee for any cancellations or no-shows as this is usually a charged-for gallery.

The cancellation fee is £100 per session missed.
