A quayside Grade I listed Georgian warehouse right by the Canary Wharf skyline. Perfect for if you like your events atmospheric but futuristic.

This beautiful old sugar warehouse – right by the quayside – is ready for breakfast, daytime and evening hire. From 9am right through to 11pm.

Set over three floors with lots of different spaces, we're ready to host all sorts of events: meetings, dinners, receptions, conferences and weddings.

Conferences & meetings

For breakfast meetings, all-day conferences and other daytime events for up to 400 guests.

    Boardroom – up to 20 guests

    Located on the first floor with Canary Wharf views, this intimate room is ideal for smaller meetings.

    Quayside Room – up to 150 guests

    The abundance of natural daylight and the stunning views from the quayside provide an impactful space for meetings and workshops. The flexible space allows for a variety of different set ups.

    Riverside Room – up to 300 guests

    The new room benefits from its own entrance and private terrace meaning guests can enjoy the Canary Wharf skyline, as well as the stunning atmosphere of the docks. Flexible for 120 theatre style and 108 cabaret. The private terrace has additional capacity for 350 guests standing.

    Rum Store – up to 300 guests

    Located on the ground floor with a private entrance and direct access to a terrace, this is a dedicated event space. This spacious room with outside access for breaks makes this an ideal space for meetings and away days.

    Wilberforce Room – up to 350 guests

    Perfect for a whole variety of different events including daytime meetings and conferences. The room comes with a projector, screen, lectern (with microphone) and handheld microphone. Our in-house AV team can run the presentation for you, subject to an additional fee.

    Muscovado Hall – up to 400 guests

    Available from 7am – 9.30am, this makes a show-stopping venue for your breakfast event. With exposed brick walls and original pitch pine columns, this is a striking space, accommodating up to 200 seated guests or 400 for receptions.

Dinners & receptions

Find the perfect space for your evening reception, dinner or party for up to 1,890 guests.

    Boardroom – up to 20 guests

    Ideal for smaller dinners. Located on the top floor, its peaceful location with skyline views makes it a charming choice for more intimate events.

    Quayside Room – up to 150 guests

    Bare brick walls and direct views over the docks give the space character and atmosphere. With flexibility in layout, it's a popular venue for dinners and receptions.

    Riverside Room – up to 300 guests

    This space benefits from its own entrance and private terrace, meaning guests can enjoy the skyline as well as the stunning atmosphere of the docks.

    Pitch pine columns, exposed brick walls and direct access to a stunning private terrace make it perfect for a range of evening events – whatever the weather.

    Wilberforce Room – up to 350 guests

    Perfect for a whole variety of dinners and parties, with capacity for up to 240 guests for dinner and up to 350 for a standing reception.

    Galleries – up to 640 guests

    Roam in our galleries after hours, which tell the story of London Docklands. Dine among the artefacts in the No.1 Warehouse gallery, where the history of the building is brought to life.
