London Museum Docklands

Our Grade I listed 19th-century building is an old sugar warehouse, complemented by views of Canary Wharf skyline offering a relaxing yet inspiring venue for conferences and meetings for all sizes.

    Boardroom – up to 20 guests

    Located on the first floor with Canary Wharf views, this intimate room is ideal for smaller meetings.

  • A large wood-panelled hall with dressed tables

    Muscovado Hall – up to 400 guests

    Available from 7am – 9.30am, this makes a show-stopping venue for your breakfast event. With exposed brick walls and original pitch pine columns, this is a striking space, accommodating up to 200 seated guests or 400 for receptions.

    Quayside Room – up to 150 guests

    The abundance of natural daylight and the stunning views from the quayside provide an impactful space for meetings and workshops. The flexible space allows for a variety of different set ups.

    Wilberforce Room – up to 350 guests

    Perfect for a whole variety of different events including daytime meetings and conferences. The room comes with a projector, screen, lectern (with microphone) and one handheld microphone. Our in-house AV team can run the presentation for you, subject to an additional fee.

    Riverside Room – up to 300 guests

    The new room benefits from its own entrance and private terrace meaning guests can enjoy the Canary Wharf skyline, as well as the stunning atmosphere of the docks. Flexible for 120 theatre style and 108 cabaret. The private terrace has additional capacity for 350 guests standing.

    Rum Store – up to 300 guests

    Located on the ground floor with a private entrance and direct access to a terrace, this is a dedicated event space. This spacious room with outside access for breaks makes this an ideal space for meetings and away days.

London Museum Spaces

For daytime events right in the heart of the City – whether it's a conference for 230 with breakout rooms, or a board meeting for 12 people.

    Terrace Gallery – up to 150 guests

    A popular venue for meetings coming with a projector, PA system and microphone. A private garden area offers a peaceful setting for breaks or post-conference receptions.

    Garden Room – up to 70 guests

    Adjacent to the Terrace Gallery, the Garden Room is the perfect space for catering or events with a projector, PA system and microphone.

    Terrace Boardroom – up to 12 guests

    Perfect for smaller meetings, it also has a built-in plasma screen which can be linked to a laptop for presentations.

    Entrance Hall – up to 400 guests

    This stylish and contemporary space for conferences and exhibitions is perfectly situated at the front of the museum building to give a memorable welcome for up to 400 guests.
