Cased Austin Motor Company Limited cars being moved into place on the quayside by a rapier crane ready for export from the Royal Docks. The Austin Motor Company Limited was founded in 1905 and merged with Morris Motors Limited to form The British Motor Corporation Limited in 1952, but continued to trade under the original company name of Austin until 1987.
