Bill of Lading
A Bill of lading issued in Boston to G.H. Hammond & Co, upon delivering 1600 quarters of frozen beef to the Leyland Line ship 'Anglian' for shipping to London, on 2 February 1906. The 'Anglian' arrived in the Royal Albert Dock in Newham on 15 February, and the meat was delivered to the butchers, Matthews & Sons.
