Brian Phelps, swimmer in 1964 Olympic Games Great Britain Team
Brian Phelps, member of the Great Britain Diving Team at the 1964 Olympic Games, diving at the National Recreation Centre in Crystal Palace. Phelps had taken Bronze at the Rome Olympics in 1960 and went on to achieve gold at the Commonwealth Games in 1662 and 1966.
