Model of Nonesuch Palace for the Shakespeare exhibition at Alexandra Palace
Model of Nonsuch Palace , created for the Shakespeare exhibition held at Alexandra Palace in January 1964. Nonsuch Palace was commissioned by Henry VIII in 1538 to commemorate the birth of his son the future Edward VI. It was so named because there was no other like it.
