Eaton Square, Belgravia
Eaton Square, Belgravia. A residential square (although actually in the form of a rectangle) built by the Grosvenor family in 1855. The landscaped gardens in front of the properties were for sole use of residents. In the 1950s when this photograph was taken few of the houses would have been divided into flats or businesses and this was a very exclusive place in which to live.
