Lord Cabbage
Lord Cabbage is one of the characters of Una Maw's book The Vegetable Kingdom. The dolls were made by Maw while she lived in London around 1920, and were donated to the London Museum in 1922. Within the book, Lord Cabbage is the king's confidante.
Doll with stuffed cloth body dressed in trousers of orange and green mashru silk and a marroon and white cotton tunic. Head resemebles a cabbage with facial features painted or sewn on. Head surrounded by stuffed cotton 'leaves'.
