Trio at the Blitz club, Covent Garden
These young women and man are inside the famous Blitz Club in Covent Garden. They are thought to have been photographed on the closing night of the club in September 1981. The club is widely regarded as being the birth place of the New Romantics in the early 1980s and those who frequented it were known as 'Blitz Kids'. This included the founders Steve Strange and Boy George and Spandau Ballet amongst them.
