Quarterly Journal of the Greater London Association for the Disabled

Copy of the Quarterly Journal published by the Greater London Association for the Disabled (GLAD), July 1981. This voluntary organisation provided services and advocacy for disabled people, trained volunteers and promoted co-operation between organisations working for disabled welfare. This edition carries articles on gardening, a disabled Blue Badge guide, and the installation of induction loops at London venues. It also investigates opportunities for work and leisure for the disabled in Hackney.
