Eight passion proteins with care
The home-made wooden leaflet box carried by Stanley Green (1915-1993), aka 'Protein Man', when selling his self-published booklets in Oxford street and the West End. 'Protein Man' was a regular sight in the West End from 1968 until his death in 1993.
When he died in 1993, the Museum acquired his placards and a complete set of his hand printed booklets, 'Eight Passion Proteins With Care'. Stanley Green lived in Haydock Green, Northolt, Ealing.
