This Evening Standard billboard refers to the Provisional Irish Republican Army car bomb which exploded outside Harrods Department Store in Knightsbridge on 17 December 1983. The bomb killed three Metropolitan Police officers and three members of the public. Around 90 people were injured in the blast.
