The advert targets English Muslims with the greeting 'Ramadan Mubarak', which translates as 'Blessed Ramadan'. It encourages Asian Muslims to phone friends and family still living in Asia by offering special 'Ramadam Rates' to countries such as Libya and Bangladesh.
