Bianchi's Restaurant
Bianchi's Italian restaurant did business in Frith Street in Soho between 1928 and 1992. Elena Salvoni was the head waitress there for 30 years. She donated this menu to the Museum. Bianchi's attracted many celebrity diners as well as media people, MPs and members of the legal profession.
