La femme représentée dans cette planche, a le corps lie d’une très longue ceinture de ruban a large raies vertes et violettes formant un gros nœud sur le cote droit.
Sur son col, un ample fichu uni très bouffant, ouvert par le haut, dont les bouts sont se nouer au centre du dos. Elle est coiffée d’une simple guirlande de ruban violet uni place au dessus, d’un ruban violet uni place au dessus de la guirlande, et d’une aigrette de quatre plumes dont deux noires, une verte, et une rose, blanche et verte.
A ses pieds des souliers de Pékin rose garnis de rosettes et de rubans roses. A sa main un très-long éventail, a papier vert tout uni.
The woman shown in this plate is wearing a peasant caraco (a woman's short coat or jacket usually about waist length) made from purple Pekin (a warp-striped fabric) and a white lawn petticoat both decorated with vegetation made of green gauze (a thin often transparent fabric). She has a very long belt of green and purple striped ribbons creating a large knot on the right side. In her hat there are some black, green and white feathers and a purple ribbon. She wears a large fichu (a light triangular scarf that is draped over the shoulders and fastened in front or worn to fill in a low neckline) the ends of which are tied in the centre of her back. She wears a simple garland made of violet ribbon with an aigrette of four feathers: two black, one green, one pink, white and green. Her shoes are made of pink Pekin deorated with rosettes and pink ribbons and is holding a long fan.
