Booklet issued by the Greater London Council (GLC) entitled 'Good job there's the GLC/Working for blacks and ethnic minority Londoners', producd in 1984. The booklet gives examples of groups of ethnic minority Londoners to whom the GLC gave loans to start up co-operatives and businesses during an era of high unemployment. It also highlights training, placements and apprenticeships the GLC brokered for a number of young people.
