This is one of a series of promotional BT phonecards sponsored by major businesses. The card features an image of Tower Bridge and Japanese text. Phone cards were for use in public call boxes. This one has 10 units of call time on it. They became largely obsolete when cheaper mobile phone SIM cards came onto the market.
