This ticket admits the bearer to the funeral of Lord Nelson in St Paul's Cathedral, on 9 January 1806. It is printed on cream card with a black border and black wax seal. The ticket is signed by the Dean of the cathedral who was also the Bishop of Lincoln. At the service, the dean read the final prayers alongside Nelson's coffin.
