Coin, denarius
A silver denarius coin of Emperor Trajan, ruler of the Roman Empire, AD 98-117. The back of the coin depicts the female personification of Arabia. This coin was minted in Rome, Italy, AD 107-111.
Obv: Laureate head of Trajan, facing right. Obv inscription: IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC PM TR P. Rev: Arabia, standing front, head left, holding a bundle of canes and a branch, with a camel by her side. Rev inscription: COS V PP SPQR OPTIMO PRINC.
