In Loving Memory
This memorial card has an illustrated cover with a floral sprig, the words ' In Loving Memory' and black and silver border. Inside on the left hand side, there is an eight line verse beginning 'A few more years shall roll,/ A few more seasons come,/And we shall be with those at rest/ Asleep within the tomb'. On the right side, the death of William James Peach on 7 May 1914, at the age of 59 years is noted and that he was interred in a family grave in Chiswick Cemetery.
Chiswick Old Cemetery was founded in 1888 and lies alongside the old graveyard of St Nicholas Paris Church where William Hogarth is buried.
