Sir William Walworth, Lord Mayor of London, Killing Wat Tyler in Smithfield, 1381. A small engraving under the main illustration has a caption: "Wat Tyler kills the Tax Collector". Alongside the main illustration are unframed engravings of armed peasants. The original painting was completed in 1786 and is in the Guildhall.
