"St Botolph's, Bishopsgate without - In the Church Yard this Monument was - erected to the memory of Coya Shawsware, a Persian Merchant, & a principal Servant & Secretary to the Persian Ambassador, with whom he & his son came over. . . ." The inscription continues to describe his prolonged obsequies. Published by N Smith 10 May 1792.
