General Election Manifesto
Leaflet issued by the Women's Freedom League printed with a copy of their General Election Manifesto. This was one in a series of general election leaflets, produced by the WFL in preparation for the January 1910 election. The leaflets outlined WFL policy towards the election and were intended to assist branches and members mount a co-ordinated campaign. This particular leaflet explains why the WFL will actively campaign against individual Liberal, Conservative and Unionist candidates who oppose female suffrage in protest against 'the election of any government without the consent of the women of the country'.
