Cruel valentine's card comprising a single sheet of cream card with serrated edge and applied cardboard gibbet with a noose of pink cord. Printed with the message 'An Alteration You ask me dear Miss not to falter but to hasten with you to the Altar I would, but I fear, That the aspirate, dear, precedes the latter word H....alter'.
