Festival 51
This bottle of perfume called 'Festival 51' was produced to commemorate the Festival of Britain of 1951. The paper label is printed with the Festival Star symbol. Fancy souvenirs such as this were popular with visitors who were tired of wartime austerity goods. Some souvenirs were made out of wartime scrap such as aircraft aluminium.
