Handfinished valentine's card comprising a cream lace paper sheet embossed with vine, leaf and bird decoration. The central, plain panel has applied decoration of a scalloped edge paper roundel with an applied embossed paper tray with teapot, cup, saucer and jug. On the panel above is handwritten 'A few little articles to commence housekeeping.' Also decorated with two paper flower garlands one marked 'Forget me not' and the other 'hope'.
