St Victor of Marseilles?
Possible pilgrim souvenir from Westminster Abbey in London. This small badge is in the shape of a foot. Westminster Abbey had many holy relics that attracted pilgrims, including some of the Holy Blood of Christ, a lock of Mary Magdalene’s hair and the Virgin Mary’s girdle. One of the most popular relics was the imprint made by the foot of Jesus Christ as he ascended to Heaven – this badge may be a pilgrim souvenir of that relic.
