Saxon & Medieval — Medieval; 13th-15th century
Pen
This bone pen is slightly curved and has an uneven head. It has been sharpened to a point, and it has been hollowed to contain ink. In spite of a lack of split nib, this pen would have been able to draw a line easily. It would have written on parchment.
