Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 1943; Obv inscription: IOHN.SMITH.MEALE (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A wheat-sheaf (in field); Rev inscription: MAN.IN.YE.MINEREYS (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = I.M.S. (triad of initials in Roman capitals, in field).
