Boyne & Williamson (1889) reference London number 324; Obv inscription: SAM.SALLWAY.AT.YE.BLACK (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A raven (in field); Rev inscription: RAVEN.WITHOVT.BISHOPGATE (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = HIS / HALF / PENY / S.E.S. (in four lines of Roman capitals with triad of initials as bottom, in field).
