Loose sample of korarima cardamom pods imported through the East India Docks from Abyssinia. Korarima cardamom is actually a type of ginger and is sometimes called False Cardamom. It is used as a culinary flavouring in East African dishes and coffee, and traditionally it was also used as a herbal remedy.
