Miniature standing bowl
Toy standing bowl. A plain, shallow bowl with straight sides tapering to a flat base and reposing on a hollow, flared foot. This toy imitates full-sized standing bowls which were used for ceremonial drinking or display from the early 15th to early 17th century. Reference: Forsyth, H. & Egan, G.
