Easy to Prepare La Choy Chinese Recipes
Leaflet entitled 'Easy to prepare La Choy Chinese recipes', from a Bentalls department store. It contains recipes for Chinese meals which can be made with La Choy products. In a section on 'Chinese Cookery Hints' the leaflet explains that 'Stir-frying or 'ch'ao' is a popular Chinese method of food preparation and could be the true secret of the Chinese cuisine.' Recipes include Mandarin Salad, Party Chop Suey or Chow Mein, Chinese Meatballs in Mushrrom Sauce and Apricot Choy Balls. La Choy is a company founded in the US by an American and a Korean in 1922.
