Menu
A proposed menu for a wedding breakfast to be held at the Great Eastern Hotel in 1886. The menu is handwritten on note paper which is printed with an elaborate border decoration in green, gold and red. The cost of the breakfast is 10 shillings per head and includes 'Mayonaise of Salmon' and 'Raised Pigeon Pie'.
