'Any Tripe or Neats feet or calves feet...'
This man sells offal - including, according to the verse, neats' feet (cows' hooves) pigs' trotters, hearts, livers and lights (lungs) - from a heavy wooden barrow. A butcher's sharpening steel can be seen hanging from his belt.
